This is an audio cassette from Rainbow that evidently had a book to accompany it at one point:



The story involves Peter's father bringing a demon from Alaska to New York City in a block of ice and trying to get people to pay to see it. Predictably, the demon breaks loose and the Ghostbusters have to deal with it. The voices are obviously supposed to sound something like the ones from the TV show, but they're not very good. Egon sounds far more like Inspector Gadget than Egon.

Edit: Minimal research reveals to me that this story is based on a real episode of the cartoon series.
