Here is something i was thinking of that you may all want to chat about .

Seeing how in the game the GB's are now connected with the city and are now seen as a legitimate group.
How do you think Eduardo's brother would have reacted to him becoming a ghostbuster ?

Keep in mined that the events of the game take place before EGB .
So by the time Eduardo would have joined up the GB's would have had a lot more time for the other city departments to get used to them .

I was hoping Rosey would offer some insight on this, and kept waiting for her to respond, but anyway...

First of all, in the GBOT continuity, the Ghostbusters will still go out of business not long after the same time frame as the video game. The arrangement would not really have been in place all that long.

Carl probably never worked with the Ghostbusters directly. And there's certainly a lot of room for him or anyone else to say "They're all a bunch of frauds who just conned the city", especially since "And what happened when the 'Saviors of the World' went out of business? Absolutely nothing."

Oi! :o

The truth is, I have no idea and could not have given a satisfactory answer. I even left it because I thought Fritz might be able to come up with something good. And I was right, wasn't I?

Then I forgot all about it. :|

The thing about Carl is that he's only in one episode - or two if you count the one where his entire purpose is to show tolerance towards the mole people. From this ("Rage") we learn that he clearly doesn't believe in ghosts, but certainly in addition to that, he's not the kind of cop to take kindly to small and somewhat questionable organisations conducting their own investigations of crime scenes.

So I still don't know! I guess you could argue either way.
