Hi guys! Since my buddies and I do real estate research, we thought it would be cool to see what the Ghostbusters Firehouse would sell for in today's market. Wow! That's a fascinating idea...as mentioned in the article, the Hook and Ladder is still in use and not likely to be sold anytime soon, but it's a fun thought experiment. I have to wonder--what would the property values have been like back in 1983/1984? Welcome to the Ectozone.
